Carlo Pirari
Carlo and Daniela, partners in business and life, founded CDP HOLDINGS based in Miami around June 2015 as a result of more than twenty years of experience in the construction business. The values that have always been the core of our business and life are innovation, integrity, customer value, quality management and trusted collaboration. We believe that these values are the pillars needed to build long-term projects and strong business relations. Carlo Pirari is the Founder and CEO of CDP HOLDINGS, a company distinguished by a staid and dynamic approach to the construction business that valorizes and improves its customer’s investments. Carlo set up CDP holdings in 2015 in Miami, having previously spent almost 20 years managing a large valuable portfolio in the construction business. Born and grown in Italy, Carlo earned a Master's Degree in Civil Engineer at University of Cagliari before starting his professional office as a design and development specialist in sea plotting plans, luxury villas and residential buildings. Right after that, he worked for three years for a big construction company coordinating the design and planning of the biggest airport in the island of Sardinia. He then continued his career as a project manager for large and prestigious in both public and private works in different geographical areas of Italy. Well respected for his integrity, openness and honesty, Carlo has led successful businesses for over almost 15 years, gathering highly qualified teams, with whom many residential, commercial projects and even hospital infrastructures have been built with a fair recognized success. Having worked for General Contractors companies recognized in Italy and Europe, Carlo has finally been given a Certificate of Esteem by the “International Academy of St. Joachim and St. Anne" that confers him an Honorary degree of Science Engineering and Project Management.
Under Carlo's direction, CDP HOLDINGS will focus on merging the Italian quality of design with the American ability of building.
Daniela Pirari
Daniela is a well trained, qualified and registered Engineer and Architect from Italy. She has graduated with the highest scores at the “LA SAPIENZA” University in Rome. She has worked in many educational activities in different Universities assisting the Professor of the Urban Design Planning class and also participating in research projects developed by both the University and the Italian Government. She finally gained her professional experience working for large well known Italian and European General Contractors coordinating projects in Italy and abroad.
For over 8 years DANIELA PIRARI has been guiding project developments in Italy, from inception to completion, including heading up the design team, acting as lead on client and managing the initial assessment, following the design and planning throughout every detail, not to mention the specifications and the building of new properties, both commercial and residential. DANIELA co-founded CDP HOLDINGS and leads the Design division to provide a customized service for clients in search of high quality and high-end built properties.
With her technical background Daniela is able to coordinate the activities of the architects in relation to the needs of the customers. With her personal approach to design she takes pride in her work adding value to her clients’ vision always exceeding their expectations. Daniela plays an active role participating in social activities, both in Italy and in the US, supporting the research to cure Breast Cancer. She is an active member of the group “FORCE”.
